Norm Erickson

It is with deep sadness that we announce that longtime Whitevale Golf Club member, Norman Edward Erickson passed away peacefully at his home on March 29, 2014 in his 79th year.

Norm joined Whitevale back in 1967 and volunteered numerous hours to the development of the club. A former Board member and key player in Whitevale attaining Audubon Society designation, Norm will be greatly missed.

We had a picture hanging in the old clubhouse with Norm crossing the bridge on hole #13. I spoke with Norm about this picture, how a few times each year it would wash away and the members would track it down stream to bring it back.
