To everyone's surprise, we had a fantastic morning compared against what those weather stations told us we were to expect.  The wind was cool and the temperature likewise, but the sun was out and the scores were hot!!  Congratulations go out to this year's champions: Gord Smith, Chris Couch, Tom Bermingham and Tim Packer.

Women's Opening Field Day

Our year is officially under way and today we hosted the Women's Opening Field Day. We had 28 women brave the elements and compete in this years event. Congratulations to the winning team of Jodi Crerar, Josette Bell, Elke Oley and Patty Grant with a score of 34.4.

Course Access on Saturday April 27th (morning)

For those players who wish to play in the morning along side the Women's Opening Field Day please contact the pro shop to register. For the holes that are not used by the women we allow groups to play based on the number of holes available. We typically have room for 7 - 9 groups, if we receive more requests then holes available we will have a random draw. If you wish to submit a group please contact the golf shop as starting holes will be assigned on Tuesday April 23rd.

Men's Inter-Club Qualifying - 2019

The Inter-Club is a great way to compete in some friendly competition and enjoy other private clubs. In runs throughout the golf season and provides a nice team atmosphere. 

Competition Dates:

Monday June 10th – at Whitevale
Thursday July 25th – at Cedar Brae
Wednesday Aug 28th – at Meadowbrook
Thursday Sept 12th – at Oshawa

Qualifying Process:
Dates: Friday, April 26 – Monday, May 20

Cost: $20 for 3 x 18-hole attempts (Note: qualifying fee to be chitted by the office)

Categories: A: 0 - 9, B: 10 - 15, C: 16+

Process:
· Must advise Pro Shop prior to playing and hand in score after playing.
· Qualify from blue tees for A and white tees for B & C.
· May re-qualify for an additional $20.
· Best net score represents your qualifying round.

Requirements:
· 4 man teams for each category group.
· There will be a cost for team shirts.
· Everyone will play at least one game, would like to have 18-24 qualifiers.
· There will be additional charges to fund the Whitevale hosted supper pro-rated to all participants.
· Fees for carts will be chargeable at all clubs, approximately $20 each round.
· For pace of play, all participants are encouraged to ride.
